Julie Golden
Julie Golden has spent more than three decades helping businesses figure out what they want to say and how to say it. Her career started in New York City, where she worked at small- and mid-sized ad agencies serving clients in the financial sector, the publishing sector, and not-for-profit organizations. That foundation gave her something most creative leaders never fully develop: the ability to balance sharp creative thinking with real business sense.
Over time, Julie moved from execution into leadership, serving as Creative Director in a variety of advertising and marketing agencies. For many years, she worked to build marketing and messaging solutions for small to mid-sized B2B companies. That experience is the core of what she brings to RenThread. She knows what it takes to build a marketing function from the ground up, and she knows how to develop the people running it.
Through her partnership with ALCHEMYZE IT!, Julie has spent the last couple of years helping small and growing businesses sharpen their message and build the internal capabilities to act on it. At RenThread, she brings that same focus on developing teams that can stand on their own.
